Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Crossview Terminal, the read-only decision surface at crossview.io. By subscribing or signing in you agree to them.
The service
Crossview Terminal is a read-only analytics product. It shows rankings, forecasts, event market snapshots and pairings computed from market data. It does not place orders, hold funds or execute trades, and it is not financial advice. Nothing on the service is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Subscriptions
- Three tiers: Core, Professional and Institutional, billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Annual billing is 10 months for 12.
- Add-ons are billed monthly: extra seat $199 and read-only API $199.
- Founding members are granted by us and never pay.
- You may manage or cancel through the billing portal at any time. Cancellation ends access at the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for your own decisions, or for the organisation that holds the subscription.
- Do not resell, redistribute or scrape the data, and do not attempt to bypass the tier gates.
- Do not use the service to break any law.
Intellectual property
The models, calibration, interfaces and copy are ours. You keep your trades and your decisions.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Market data can be late or wrong, and models can be wrong.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or any indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for anything else is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to the address on your account before they take effect.
