We want the first payment to be a confident one.
Refunds
- Email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions.
- After that, cancellations stop the next charge and your access runs to the end of the paid period. We do not refund unused time.
- If we break something material and you tell us, we will make it right, including a refund where that is fair.
Annual plans
The same 14 day window applies to the first annual payment. After that, annual plans renew yearly and cancellations stop the next renewal.
Founding members
Founding entitlements never pay, so there is nothing to refund.
